There is no doubt that Francis Magalona made an impact not just  in the movie and music industry but the whole country as well. People are mourning every since his demise was announce on live television yesterday noon.

The Master Rapper did not just make his mark plainly but shouted throughout the world how Filipinos can be proud of their culture.  A true epitome of patriotism and positivity.  A true gung ho of his beloved country.  He so loved the Philippines that he even coined his T-shirt company, “Three Stars and a Sun,” the picture of our Philippine flag. 

Even through his bouts he remained hopeful.  He surely made an impact even to those rapper newbies and encouraged them to give it a shot and a lot of them will go back to that time that Kiko, as was fondly called by friends, pushed them to give their best.  

His remains lies in Christ the King Church.   People are mourning, but all are convinced that it was a short but well lived life.
