A warrant was recently issued for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest. For some reason, Lohan has failed to follow what has been decided on after the hit and run incident that she had. It really looks like we’re seeing another infamous display delivered by these young artists who are not able to carry stardom all too well. After having been arrested at least a couple of times in the last two years because of drunk driving and being on drugs, it looked like she has not learned her lesson since.

The decision by the court to have her undergo a programs and community service. A few of which are: an 18 month alcohol education program, mandatory drug test and community service for 10 days. It was said that even if she missed even one of what was required of her would mean a warrant of arrest.

Here is an update from the police department:

“In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued today [March 13] for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan. The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run.

“The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.”

It is still unknown as of this writing if Lohan is still in hiding.
